Position Overview The Fire/Life Safety Service Sales Manager is responsible for promoting Siemens' market position in delivering smart building technology for Fire Alarm and Security Services. This role involves leading a team, developing sales strategies, and fostering long-term customer relationships to transform buildings into digitally connected and controlled environments. Key Responsibilities Promote team selling and expand relationships across divisions and regions.

Support sales processes through all phases, including bid review and project implementation. Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and develop skills. Develop and execute sales strategies, including market opportunity identification and long-range planning.

Build and maintain relationships with contractors and customers at the executive level. Drive digitalization strategies, remote services, and data analytics initiatives. Travel approximately 10% overnight for training and business development.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED 10+ years of sales experience in a related industry Technical proficiency in Fire Alarm/Fire Life Safety systems

Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering Management experience in construction Proficiency with Salesforce CRM

NICET Level II Certification or higher in Fire Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $110,460 - $189,360 plus 25% incentive target.
