About WTF Fitness Academy

WTF Fitness Academy is our education and certification vertical. We train, certify, and place the next generation of India's fitness professionals - personal trainers, group fitness instructors, and nutrition coaches - who go on to work across the WTF network and the wider Indian fitness industry.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced Fitness Instructor to join WTF Academy full-time at our Noida headquarters. This is a teaching and mentoring role - not a gym floor training role. You will be responsible for delivering two core certification courses:

Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) CourseNutrition Course (for candidates with relevant qualification)You will be the face of WTF Academy's education delivery - turning aspiring fitness enthusiasts into confident, job-ready fitness professionals.

What You Will Teach

CPT Course - covering anatomy & physiology, exercise science and training principles, movement assessment and screening, exercise technique and coaching, programme design, client management, safety protocols, and practical assessment.

Nutrition Course (if qualified) - covering macronutrients and micronutrients, nutrition for fat loss and muscle building, supplementation, Indian dietary context, and building practical meal frameworks for clients.

What You Will Do Day to Day

Deliver CPT and Nutrition courses to student batches across theory and practical floor sessionsDesign and update course materials, assessments, and practical rubricsConduct practical assessments and provide structured feedback to every studentTrack student progress and support those who need additional helpWork with the WTF Academy management team to continuously improve course contentRepresent WTF Academy at events, gym openings, and brand activationsStay current with fitness and nutrition research and bring relevant updates into the curriculumRequirements

Minimum Level 3 Personal Trainer certification (REPS, NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, REPs India, or equivalent)Minimum 3 years of experience as a practising personal trainer in a professional gym environmentDemonstrable experience coaching clients across fat loss, muscle building, beginners, and special populationsFluency in English and Hindi - you will teach in both languagesA recognised nutrition or sports nutrition certification is a strong advantage (Precision Nutrition, ISSN, INFS, or equivalent)What We Are Looking For
