Fixed Income Sales/Trader

Job Descriptions:• Execute sales and trading activities for fixed income products, including but not limited to government bonds, policy bank bonds, credit bonds and other debt instruments.• Support primary market bond distribution, including participation in new bond issuance, book building, investor allocation and post-issuance follow-up.• Assist the team in bond and Certificate of Deposit (CD) issuance activities, including pre-issuance preparation, investor coordination and post-issuance support.• Build, maintain and expand relationships with institutional clients such as asset managers, banks, insurance companies and other professional investors.• Participate in secondary market bond trading and market-making support, providing pricing, trade execution and market updates to clients.• Collaborate closely with internal teams including underwriting, research and risk management to drive overall fixed income business growth.• Monitor macroeconomic trends, interest rate movements and fixed income market developments, and provide clients with professional market insights. Job Requirements:• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics or a related discipline.• 3-5 years of relevant experience in fixed income, including bond sales, bond trading, primary market distribution or underwriting support.• Candidate with FMRP,CFMAS certification, or relevant MAS licenses will be an advantage• Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Head Office in China and relevant onshore teams on a regular basis.
