Eligible to receive vacation hours on January 1st following your hire date. These hours will be vested and available for use in accordance with Company policies. Non-Revenue/Space Available (NRSA) Travel Privileges ~ NRSA (non-revenue/space available) travel privileges on Contour Airlines upon hire and access to MyID Travel after 6 months of active service.

The Flight Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers while delivering a high level of customer service in accordance with FAA regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures. This role requires maintaining cabin safety, conducting safety demonstrations, responding to in-flight emergencies, and providing clear and professional communication to passengers and crew members. High school diploma or GED required ~ Valid driver's license, good driving record, and valid passport ~ Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in/out of the country ~ Fluent in English (bilingual skills preferred but not required) ~ DOT pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random testing ~10-year background check, criminal history review, fingerprinting, and reference checks
Successful completion of Contour's four-week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program Ability to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and duty periods up to 16 hours. Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality. Commitment to working in a safe, professional manner in compliance with all regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, state, and federal).
