Flight Tracking Specialist The Flight Tracking Specialist provides strategic oversight of daily flight operations, ensuring awareness and validation of all flight activity statuses. As a primary point of contact for the daily schedule, they collaborate with crew members and Owner Service Specialists to support schedule execution and client logistics. They work closely with supervisors and management to communicate solutions to operational issues, while monitoring weather and traffic management initiatives that may impact operations.

Additional responsibilities include analyzing and communicating crew duty days and performing other duties as assigned by management. Duties 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of FARs in regard to Part 91, 121, or 135 airline operations is preferred.

Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs. Schedule
