Restaurant Supervisor – Full Time

Location: The Fork & Wheel Restaurant, Midleton

Hours: Full‑time (including evenings and weekends)

Start Date: Immediate

Position Type: Full‑time

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior service role in a fast‑paced restaurant, bar, or hotel
• Warm, confident hosting style with strong attention to detail
• Ability to support and lead the team across restaurant and bar operations
• A calm, organised approach to service, even when it’s busy
• Passion for great food and collaboration with the kitchen team on daily service delivery
• Comfortable assisting with stock control, compliance, and operational checklists
• A flexible, proactive mindset. Happy to step in for the Restaurant Manager when required
• Must have their own means of transport to and from site. We are not accessible by public transport
• Availability to start immediately
