Food Quality Control Officer

Role Objectives To ensure that quality protocols are maintained in Factory and Repacking unit . Locatio ns : Navsari, Ludhiana, Jaipur, Saharanp ur , Gulbarga, Gandhi Dham, Bidadi, Bangalore, Tepla, Mangalo re Key Responsibiliti es:Ensure quality control activities of the unit as per laid down protocol, for in-coming RM/PM, in- process & final product (Finished Good s).Maintenance of ISO 22000:2018 management system of the un it.Manage entire Documentation related to FSMS/QMS/Verification/Validation and other as applicab le.Handling of the Customer complaints of the unit and carry out RCA & CA PA.Ensuring quality function requirement are completed in time and sharing results for SAP recordi ng.Ensure GMP/GHP in manufacturing/repacking unit & follow-up for closing of audits findi ng.Generation and maintenance MIS system of the unit as per laid down protoc ol.Take part in the various trials for product & process improvement as per the guidelin es.Conducting process capability study and other process improvement activities using TQM too ls.Imparting training to educate the shop floor employees on GMP/Food Safety/FSSC 22000 requirements/ FSSAI requiremen ts.Any other activity which will be communicated from the corporate team from time to T ime Desired Candidate Prof ile:Graduate in science background, Food Tech - B. Tech or equival ent.Knowledge of quality and food safety requirement including FSMS requireme nts.Good leadership quality and analytical capabil ity.Proficiency if Excel, Power Point & word.

Knowledge of SAP prefer red.Communication skills, ability to grasp new concept and implem ent. Desired Experience Level & Qualifica tionsExperience in Food Industry with Minimum 2+ years
