Food Services Manager

Mello is located at 223 Pender Street E., Vancouver, BC V6A 1T8. We are a currently looking for a permanent, full time Food Services Manager. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail or mail.Position: Food Services ManagerWages: CAD$27.69-29.00/hour (depending on experience)Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)Working hours: 30- 40 hours/weekBenefits: 4% of vacation payJob Duties: Plan and control budget and inventory Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary Recruit and oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed Manage catering and advertisementsJob Requirements: Completion of secondary school; Minimum 3 years of work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience required.
