Salary: £35-45,000 (12 month FTC)

Do you have a strong nose for fragrance development and a passion for olfactive performance?

Are you confident managing fragrance submissions from brief through to launch across multiple categories?

Key Responsibilities:

• Support fragrance development from initial brief to production.
• Translate project requirements into clear fragrance briefs for fragrance houses.
• Evaluate fragrance submissions for brand fit, performance and cost.
• Coordinate fragrance samples, data and technical information with suppliers.
• Monitor fragrance performance and stability throughout development.
• Maintain accurate fragrance documentation, trackers and libraries.
• Support regulatory, safety and technical fragrance requirements.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in fragrance development or reformulation projects.
• Strong olfactive evaluation skills and ingredient knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines.
• Confident communicator, collaborative and well organised.
