As a support specialist, your main focus is to lead users through modern financial platforms, turning routine technical questions into safe, smooth, and successful digital experiences:

• Multichannel Consultation: Support French-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat with regard to system navigation, account setup, and payment processing.
• Analytical Resolution: Track down and resolve billing anomalies, transfer errors, and user security matters with high precision and a service-oriented mindset.
• Compliance & Security: Rigidly follow global data protection standards (including GDPR) and anti-fraud mandates to protect sensitive financial records.
• Cross-Departmental Synergy: Serve as a critical bridge between platform users and internal engineering teams, passing along client insights to help refine the software.
