Investor Relationship Executive position with us in Vikhroli, Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in financial services with a strong focus on professional communication, email drafting, and investor interaction rather than a typical calling-based job.
In this position, around 50% of the work involves email coordination, documentation, and drafting clear, professional responses to investor queries, while calls are done only when required for clarification or resolution. You would be handling investor servicing requests, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality written communication with clients.
We are looking for graduates with:
- Good written English and email drafting skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email tools
- Attention to detail and a client-focused approach
