Role OverviewWe're looking for someone who can convert incoming leads into sales for our crochet workshops and yarn products

What the role involves:Responding to all incoming enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, website, and referralsExplaining crochet class details, schedules, pricing, and helping users pick the right courseGuiding customers on yarn products, bundle offers, and helping them choose the right materialsFollowing up consistently to convert warm leads into confirmed bookings and salesMaintaining a simple CRM/lead trackerHandling customer queries with clarity and warmth

What we're looking for:Strong communication skillsComfortable handling DMs, WhatsApp messages, and callsFriendly, patient, and good at understanding customer needs
