Part Time Front Desk Concierges positions for the following shifts for a 24/7 desk:

Monday – Friday 4pm to Midnight

Saturday and Sunday 8 am to 4pm

Saturday and Sunday 4 pm to Midnight

The Position: is a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and high level of service is provided to a downtown Syracuse Class A commercial office building.

The job duty includes:

1. Greet Employees/Guests/Contractors: The concierge is often the first point of contact for employees/visitors or contractors. The concierge is to provide a warm welcome and assist with inquiries at their best ability.

2. Handling Tenant Requests: when requested by the Management office, the concierge will log and dispatch maintenance requests to the maintenance team of our managed portfolio.

3. Coordinating Deliveries and Services: They oversee the management of incoming and outgoing deliveries.

4. Maintaining Security: A crucial aspect of position’s role is to ensure safety and security of the building. This includes monitoring access points, cctv monitored cameras and managing the Contractor/Visitor logs.

5. Administrative Duties: Concierges will handle administrative tasks when required by the Building’s Management Team. Ie: Maintain guest visit records, ensure insurance certificate compliance of contractors scheduled to conduct business in building; assure safety regulations are met and/or any other related items the Management Team requires assistance with.
