Position Overview
Front Office Administrative Support professional, you’ll manage daily office administrative functions, support billing processes, and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a multi-tasking position ideal for someone who thrives in staying busy, changing gears and staying organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Manage calendars, appointments, and conference room scheduling
- Provide administrative support to partners and staff
- Assist with billing functions including invoicing, tracking payments, and follow-ups
- Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and general office coordination
- Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or front office experience (CPA firm or professional services preferred)
- Exposure to billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable processes
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
