Frontend Engineer (React Native)

We are building a next-generation quick commerce platform focused on speed, reliability, and exceptional user experience. As an early team member, you will work closely with founders and play a key role in shaping both the product and engineering culture. Role Overview We are looking for a Frontend Engineer (React Native) who goes beyond just implementing designs.

This role is for someone who can own the frontend experience end-to-end, actively drive product requirements, and collaborate closely with customers, operations teams, and founders. You won’t be handed perfect specs — you’ll help define them. What You’ll Do Own and build high-quality React applications for: Customer-facing apps Delivery/driver applications Work directly with founders, product, and business teams to: Understand real-world problems Translate ambiguous requirements into working solutions Drive feature development end-to-end: Requirement clarification → design → implementation → iteration Take initiative in improving: User experience Performance and scalability Engineering practices Collaborate with backend engineers to define APIs and system behavior Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders and refine the product What We’re Looking For 4–5 years of experience in frontend development Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6) Experience with: State management (Redux, Zustand, or similar) REST APIs and async data handling Responsive and mobile-first design Practical understanding of Android and iOS app lifecycle (build → release → monitoring → iteration), with the ability to proactively handle production readiness and debug real-world issues Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Strong ownership mindset — you don’t wait for instructions Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders Product thinking: you care about why something is built, not just how Nice to Have Experience building consumer-facing or logistics apps Familiarity with performance optimization and frontend architecture Experience working in early-stage startups Basic understanding of backend systems / APIs What Sets This Role Apart Work directly with founders — no layers High ownership: you will shape the product, not just code it Opportunity to lead the frontend for both customer and driver apps Fast learning curve and real impact from day one Who This Role Is NOT For Someone who waits for detailed specs before starting Someone who prefers strictly defined tasks with no ambiguity Someone who is only interested in coding, not product Why Join Us Build something from 0 → 1 in quick commerce High ownership, high impact role Opportunity to grow into a frontend/product leader
