Position Overview
The client is seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Transactional Attorney to join its growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for a California-barred attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment and wants to work on complex, high-value real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate transactions
- Handle acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing deals
- Draft and review purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, loan documents, and leasing agreements
- Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
- Advise clients on deal structuring, risk assessment, and legal strategy
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to efficiently close transactions
- Manage multiple deals simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Qualifications
- Active membership in the California Bar (required)
- 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and financing work
Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between ($200,000 – $250,000 annually). Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
