We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer (Front-End & UX Focus) who can own features end-to-end, build fast and high-converting web experiences, and collaborate closely with Growth and Marketing to launch experiments, optimize performance, and continuously improve based on real user data.

What You'll DoOwn and ship high-impact features end-to-end (idea → design → production)Build fast, scalable, and conversion-focused web experiencesTurn rough ideas or wireframes into clean, high-quality, pixel-perfect UIContinuously optimize for speed, UX, SEO, and revenue performanceDevelop and maintain robust backend systems, APIs, and integrationsWork directly with Growth & Marketing to execute revenue-driving experimentsIterate fast, ship often, and improve based on real user data

What You’ll Bring2–5 years experience in Full Stack Development with strong frontend focusStrong in JavaScript / TypeScript + modern frameworks (React / Next.js)Sharp eye for design (UI/UX, layout, hierarchy) + ability to execute it in codeStrong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, performance optimization, and SEOProven ability to move fast, take ownership, and deliver without hand-holdingPortfolio that demonstrates both engineering quality + design taste (mandatory)

Tech Stack (Preferred / Good to Have)Tech: React, Next.js, Tailwind, Shopify, Woocommerce (CMS Only)Design: Figma, Adobe XDTools: GitExperience with Headless CMS or modern web architectureExperience with animations / micro-interactions is a plusExperience handling Shopify & WooCommerce is a strong plusFamiliar with automation tools (Zapier, Make, N8N) is a plus
