Full Time Maintenance Technician

Property Maintenance Technician (multiple locations )Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Premier Real Estate Services is a medium sized full service property management company seeking to fill a Full Time Property Maintenance Technician position for our multi-family property portfolio.Maintenance Technicians will work directly on all maintenance operations at the community and must have the ability to communicate effectively with Maintenance Supervisor and other on-site team members. The Maintenance Technician has daily contact with residents and vendors.The main functions of the position include:•Organize daily operations to maximize efficiency and income•Perform daily maintenance of all common areas•Maintain pool area and spa•Repair and maintain paint, carpet, appliances, common areas, plumbing, heating & air conditioningThis is a full time, hands on position. On Call Duties are mandatory every 4 weeks.REQUIREMENTS:•Working with the Maintenance Supervisor in managing all maintenance-related and capital improvement activities within an assigned property.•Turnovers, general maintenance, repairs, maintaining fire systems, grounds upkeep, pool upkeep, and overall upkeep of large multi-family property.•Assisting team leaders in carrying out the implementation of various policies, standards, procedures and programs relating to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the properties.•Works with Maintenance Supervisor to meet and exceed the needs of the community. •Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, negotiating pricing, collaborating on approved vendor list, keeping vendor list updated and publishing the list for the properties.•Assisting with the organization and completion of turn units.HVAC and CPO certifications a plus.Snow RemovalMust have valid drivers license, auto insurance and vehicle registration. xkmhxrz Candidates must be detail oriented and hard working.
