The Coffee Class is a bakery bistro known for handcrafted lattes, scratch-made pastries, and savory brunch and lunch in a warm welcoming environment.

We're hiring a General Café Manager to oversee one of our Las Vegas cafés. This role is ideal for someone who leads with presence, upholds high standards, and understands what it takes to run an exceptional café. You’ll be accountable for both guest experience and operational performance at your assigned location.

What You’ll Lead

• Daily café operations, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and alignment with brand expectations
• A team of Leads and hourly baristas, focused on coaching, accountability, and development
• KPI performance, including labor percentage, average ticket, transaction growth, and guest experience scores
• Training, evaluating, and mentoring team members to ensure quality execution and service
• Weekly audits of service, beverage/food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality standards
• Floor-based leadership guiding your team in real time, not from the sidelines
