Position: General Dentist

Location: Mexia, TX 76667

Duration: 6-month contract with strong possibility of extension

Pay Rate: 114/hr. On 1099 (This will increase to 132/hr. after September 1st)

Schedule:

• 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts

• Tuesday through Friday

• No after-hours or on-call responsibilities

• Schedule begins following completion of required facility orientation and training

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Texas Dental License.

• Current unrestricted DEA Registration.

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA.
