General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall delivery and operations for the designated team.

• Ensure efficiency, productivity, and a professional working environment.

• Complete vendor management, owning cash flow, collection, invoicing and payments.

• Managing complete project delivery lifecycle from project/contract negotiations to project delivery, ensure stakeholder management, own up the revenue targets, on-time and in-budget delivery.

• Own the operational planning and execution, Financial Management and resource utilization.

• Work with the finance team to create, manage, and monitor budgets, analyse financial reports, and ensure financial targets are met.

• Provide administrative leadership to all local departments, ensuring smooth execution of office functions and compliance with company policies.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate staff. Work with HR on recruitment, training, and maintain a positive work environment and culture.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stake holders, client, partners, and local industry bodies, representing company in relevant events and forums.

• Collaborate with the leadership to implement business strategies, set goals, and drive initiatives for a long -term business success.

• Partnering on business excellence and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance on quality certifications.

Education

Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Geospatial Sciences, and/or Business Administration

Work Experience

• Overall, 20 years of professional experience

• Prior experience in senior management role with orientation to a process driven organisation

• Good to have exposure in sales and business development, preferably in or related with Geospatial and/or Technology

• Experience in managing office operations and leading cross functional team
