General Manager

Overview

We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager with previous general manager experience to manage the staff and operations of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of the restaurant's standards, policies and procedures, including creating and overseeing the best guest experience possible.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the restaurant industry
• Prior management experience required
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and leadership skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable means of transportation
• 50 hours work week minimum
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Must be friendly and outgoing
• Must work well with others and show respect to co‑workers
• Must take pride in the work that you do
• Must have strong work ethic
