Your new roleAs a General Operator, you will play a key role in the production process, supporting the fabrication and assembly of high-quality products.
You will be responsible for operating power tools and machinery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key duties include:Operating power tools and workshop equipmentAssisting with fabrication and assembly processesFollowing instructions and production schedulesMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentWorking both independently and collaboratively within a team
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will:Have experience using power tools and equipment (minimum 1 year preferred)Be able to take direction and follow instructions accuratelyDemonstrate strong communication skillsBe capable of working both independently and as part of a teamShow a proactive and reliable approach to workGCSEs (or equivalent) are desirable
