The firm is dedicated to simplifying taxes and finance and transforming complexity into clarity for growing businesses.Role Description The Global Accounts Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of US-based small business clients, serving as their primary point of contact for tax, bookkeeping, and virtual CFO services.
Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating client onboarding, overseeing deadlines for filings and monthly closes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The Global Accounts Manager will collaborate with internal tax and accounting teams to align bookkeeping with tax compliance, monitor cash flow and profitability metrics, and escalate complex issues as needed. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, preparing status updates, identifying opportunities for additional services, and supporting process improvements to deliver consistent, high-quality service.Qualifications Strong client relationship management and account ownership skills, with experience handling international or US-based clients.Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, bookkeeping workflows, and monthly close processes; exposure to tax compliance is an advantage.Ability to interpret financial reports, budgets, and cash flow projections, and communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and a focus on clear documentation and follow-through.Proven organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple deadlines and coordinating across distributed teams.Comfort with cloud-based finance and collaboration tools; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional certifications or coursework are beneficial.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment from Hyderabad, demonstrating ownership, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
