Successful candidates will join a structured training programme combining intensive technical training with hands-on commercial experience.The ProgrammeThe programme begins with an intensive 3-month training period. Following successful completion of training, candidates will transition into a full-time placement within the organisation, working on real-world software engineering projects as part of established technology teams.While project allocation will vary depending on business needs, software engineering will remain the core focus throughout the programme.
