Graphic Designer
AllEvents
Job Description
About AllEvents AllEvents is the world’s largest event discovery and ticketing platform used by 20M+ people every month across 150+ countries. We make it easy for people to find events they’ll love and for organizers to sell out their shows. From a Coldplay world tour to an indie comedy night above a coffee shop — every event we list deserves design that does it justice.
Our designers shape how 20M+ users experience events before they even step into one. About the Role We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can flex across surfaces — social, ads, lifecycle, in-product, landing pages, and brand. You’ll work alongside marketing, content, and product on creatives that move numbers, not just look good.
What you’ll be doing: • Design social, ad, and lifecycle creatives end-to-end — from concept to final asset — including campaigns tied to live tours, festivals, and event launches • Build event-specific creative kits (concerts, comedy, sports, conferences) that scale across cities and languages • Support landing pages, banners, and in-product visuals alongside the product team • Iterate fast based on performance data — kill what isn’t working, double down on what is • Help evolve and maintain the AllEvents brand system across surfaces and geographies • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to ship more, faster Who this is for: • 0–3 years of design experience (freelance, agency, in-house, or strong personal projects all count) • Strong portfolio showing range — social, marketing, and ideally some product/UI work • Fluent in Figma; comfortable with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus) • Sharp eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and detail • Fluent with AI design tools and curious about where they go next Who this is NOT for: • If you want to work only on a specific, pre-defined scope, this isn’t it • If “work-life balance” is your top priority right now, we respect that — but this role demands flexibility when things get busy • If you need heavy structure and constant direction to act, you’ll struggle here What you’ll get: • Real ownership of work that ships to 20M+ users every month • A team that values ideas over egos and outcomes over hierarchy • Exposure across functions — not just your narrow lane • Mentorship, fast feedback loops, and a clear runway to grow
