Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Navi Mumbai. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital channels, including social media creatives, display ads, website graphics, thumbnails, and presentation materials tailored to healthcare brands. The role involves developing brand-aligned visual identities for doctors and clinics, designing logos and brand elements, and ensuring consistent use of color, typography, and layout across all touchpoints.
The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, content writers, and account managers to translate campaign goals and medical concepts into clear, engaging visuals. Day-to-day responsibilities also include preparing files for production, managing design revisions based on feedback, maintaining design libraries, and staying current with design and healthcare marketing trends. Qualifications Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphic Design and Graphics for digital platforms.
Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to produce clear, readable, and engaging designs. Advanced skills in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar). Portfolio demonstrating experience in digital marketing creatives; healthcare or service-industry design experience is an advantage.
Ability to interpret briefs, simplify complex information visually, and work within brand and regulatory guidelines. Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
