Key Responsibilities
- Design YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, banners, and ad creatives
- Work on landing pages, dashboards, and course interfaces
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create high-converting visuals
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs
- Optimize designs for engagement, CTR, and conversions
- Stay updated with latest design trends and UI/UX best practices
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and user flow
- Experience in thumbnail design (especially YouTube) is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout design
- Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging designs
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and performance-driven design
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in EdTech / YouTube / Digital Marketing industry
- Knowledge of conversion-focused design (CTR, engagement, etc.)
