Job Description
Position Description We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in digital design and a working understanding of UX/UI principles to support a variety of marketing, brand, and customer experience initiatives. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can balance creativity with efficiency, and is comfortable collaborating with fully remote teams across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Figma, understands component-based design systems, and can create polished, production-ready assets for digital and print channels.
You should be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards. What You'll Do(Your primary focus will be the creation and production of digital and marketing assets, while supporting broader creative initiatives across multiple teams. Digital Design Responsibilities Design and produce digital marketing assets including email campaigns, landing pages, web graphics, display ads, and social media content.
Create and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and design systems to support efficient production workflows. Translate creative briefs, brand guidelines, and business requirements into visually compelling, user-friendly designs. Apply UX/UI best practices to improve customer experiences and digital engagement.
Optimize creative assets using performance insights, stakeholder feedback, and established design standards. Prepare accurate, deployment-ready files with strong attention to detail. Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and development teams to ensure design consistency and successful execution.
Stay current on digital design, UX/UI, accessibility, and performance marketing trends. Creative Production Responsibilities Design and produce a variety of print and digital collateral, including presentations, brochures, direct mail, flyers, signage, and internal communications materials. Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing and internal creative assets.
Support multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment. Partner with stakeholders to identify creative solutions and improve production efficiency. Prepare final artwork and production files for various channels and vendors.
Contribute creative ideas and visual storytelling concepts that support marketing and business objectives. Required Skills & Experience 5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably supporting both digital and print initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including: Components and variants Auto Layout Design systems and libraries Prototyping and collaboration workflows Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design practices.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, color theory, and brand application. Experience designing responsive digital experiences and marketing assets.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while remaining highly responsive to team needs.
Experience working with fully remote teams and collaborating effectively across different time zones. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience creating animated GIFs for email marketing campaigns and email hero graphics. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
Experience designing within established design systems and enterprise-level brand standards. Familiarity with hospitality, travel, tourism, or vacation ownership industries. Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Box, or similar platforms.

Schedule & Engagement Contract/Freelance Position Approximately 20- 40 hours per week (flexible based on business needs) Must be comfortable working within a globally distributed team environment and collaborating across multiple time zones as needed.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support rapid project turnaround requirements.
