Requirements
Role Overview:
We are seeking a graphic designer with capabilities across static design, video creation, and AI-assisted content production. The role requires translating marketing objectives into high-quality visuals and videos, combining design fundamentals with modern AI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns
* Create and edit video content such as reels, ads, motion graphics, and short-form marketing assets
* Leverage AI tools to generate, enhance, and scale both graphic and video content
* Develop branding materials including logos, visual identities, and campaign creatives
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align creative output with content and marketing goals
* Support ongoing projects, campaigns, and special initiatives under the direction of the marketing manager
* Coordinate with external vendors and partners when required
* Assist the marketing team with additional creative and production tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
* 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (minimum 6 months required)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
* Working knowledge of AI tools for design and video creation (generative design, AI video tools, etc.)
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling across static and video formats
* Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and timelines
* Effective communication and collaboration skills
* Willingness to work from office in Gurgaon and in US shift timings
