Our fashion client has an incredible career opportunity for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join their successful business. This digital design role will take projects through from concept to delivery. It’s a fun, open environment where creativity, transparency and communication is key. Must have a strong interest in graphic design, fashion, retail and eCommerce along with a can-do approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRM & Creative Teams to design engaging, fresh, creative emails with a commercial mindset.
- Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all email designs and digital assets.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Create visually compelling assts for website, social media and digital ads.
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project needs.
- Manage the approval process with inter-departmental teams.
- Develop strategies to deliver a clear message to a target audience.
- Create eye catching GIFs.
- Adapt designs to make sure that assets are responsive and render correctly across different viewing platforms, including mobile and desktop.
- Keep up with industry best practices and stay informed about the latest trends in email design and design tools to ensure designs remain modern and engaging.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar digital graphic design role ideally in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Advanced skillset in Photoshop and Illustrator with some experience in After Effects.
- Experience with Figma.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and familiarity with HTML/CSS and web standards.
- Strong communication skills, enjoys working collaboratively and seeks to engage other designers and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and taking ownership of processes to continuously improve.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
