ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer who understands both aesthetics and marketing psychology. This role is for someone who can transform ideas into visually powerful communication that not only looks exceptional but also delivers results. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-performing creatives across digital, social, branding, advertising, and print platforms for multiple brands and campaigns. The ideal candidate should understand: • Design psychology • Consumer attention • Visual storytelling • Marketing communication • Brand consistency • Conversion-focused creative execution This is not a “make it look pretty” role .
This is a role for someone who understands how design influences emotion, perception, trust, and buying decisions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital & Performance Marketing Creatives • Design high-performing creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Display Network, and other digital platforms • Create static posts, carousel creatives, banners, story creatives, reel thumbnails, and ad creatives optimized for engagement and lead generation • Design email marketing creatives, promotional campaigns, and marketing assets • Develop landing page graphics and digital assets aligned with campaign objectives and brand communication Branding & Advertising • Design brochures, flyers, catalogs, standees, newspaper ads, outdoor hoardings, and marketing collateral • Create visually impactful campaign communication for product launches, property launches, and branding campaigns • Ensure all creatives align with brand identity, tone, positioning, and campaign objectives • Contribute towards campaign conceptualization, visual direction, and communication ideas Creative Thinking & Execution • Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into impactful visual communication • Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing trends, AI-assisted creative workflows, and visual culture • Maintain quality, consistency, speed, and attention to detail across deliverables • Work closely with strategy, content, performance marketing, and video teams to create integrated campaigns Print & Production • Prepare print-ready artworks with proper dimensions, bleed settings, color profiles, and production specifications • Coordinate with vendors/printers when required for production accuracy and quality control REQUIRED SKILLS Software Proficiency Strong working knowledge of: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • CorelDRAW • Canva Additional Advantage: • Adobe After Effects • Adobe Premiere Pro • Figma • AI-assisted creative tools/workflows DESIGN COMPETENCIES • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy • Strong understanding of marketing-oriented and conversion-focused design • Ability to conceptualize original ideas and execute impactful campaigns • Understanding of branding, advertising, storytelling, and visual psychology • Strong aesthetic sense with strategic thinking ability • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience • Experience in digital and print marketing design • Strong portfolio showcasing both creative and commercial work • Ability to handle multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously PREFERRED • Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Branding, Advertising, Creative, Digital, or Social Media Agencies • Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad communication • Understanding of luxury/premium visual communication aesthetics WHO SHOULD APPLY Someone who: • Obsesses over design details • Thinks beyond templates • Understands business and branding • Wants to create impactful work, not average social media posts • Can take ownership, move fast, and continuously evolve creatively If you believe design can influence perception, shape brands, and drive business growth — we would love to work with you.
