EducationHigh School Diploma Must have an active DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE), prior to start. Technical ExperienceAny experience as a Communications Systems Operator (CSO) for Executive Airlift at Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI or Ramstein AFB, Germany ResponsibilitiesTier 1 Support is “Mission Essential”, 24x7 supportOperates in the Government Security Operations Center (GSOC)Track and assist aircraft in flight with communications issuesUse Chat software to support Executive Airlift aircraft in flightRespond to incident callsSupport Trend Analysis Maintain a Master Station Log (MSL) (007) of all actions performed on shift
