PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully on-site role in LA under a US contract (no remote work). Benefits, PTO, and compensation will be discussed during the process. Valid US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship).

WHAT YOU DO

Customer Experience: Represent the brand through high-quality interactions, guiding visitors through our vehicles, exhibits and services.

Guest Engagement: Create personalized customer journeys by welcoming guests and handling inquiries with a high level of service orientation.

Studio Operations: Support in‑store events and ensure the space consistently reflects premium brand standards.

Customer Insights: Collect and document visitor feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall brand experience.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience in retail, hospitality or a customer‑facing role; background in automotive or luxury environments is a plus.

Deep passion for the automotive industry and premium brand experiences.

Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on service and customer orientation.

Hands‑on, confident, and proactive mindset with flexibility regarding working hours (evenings and weekends).

Full fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
