Job Description
We’re looking for a hospitality professional to own the guest experience across our venues. This is a hands-on role for someone who believes exceptional hospitality lies in the smallest details.
Working closely with the founders, you’ll lead from the floor- ensuring every guest has a seamless experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, ambience, and operations.
What You’ll Do
* Own the overall guest experience during service.
* Lead from the floor, anticipating guest needs and ensuring every table receives exceptional hospitality.
* Step in when required- welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and supporting the team during busy service.
* Coordinate between the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Handle guest feedback and service recovery with confidence and professionalism.
* Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation, and ambience, including music, lighting, and temperature.
* Work with the founders to elevate service standards, create memorable guest experiences, and execute special events.
* Coach the service team through hands-on leadership and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
* Graduate from a reputed Hotel Management institute.
* 2–5 years of experience in luxury hotels, premium restaurants, cocktail bars, or hospitality brands.
* Strong understanding of service standards and floor operations.
* A natural eye for detail, aesthetics, and guest experience.
* Calm under pressure, proactive, and an excellent problem solver.
* Someone who leads by example and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.
