Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Guest Relations Executive with minimum 2 years of relevant experience to manage guest interactions and ensure a high standard of service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and dignitaries in a professional and courteous mannerManage front desk operations and visitor coordinationHandle guest queries, requests, and concerns efficientlyCoordinate with internal departments for guest arrangements and logisticsMaintain visitor records and ensure compliance with organizational protocolsAssist in organizing meetings, events, and guest visitsEnsure a pleasant and seamless guest experience at all times Required Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientationPresentable personality with professional etiquetteAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under pressureProficiency in MS Office and basic systemsFluency in English and Hindi (additional languages preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office / Hospitality / Customer ServiceGraduate in any discipline
