Experience Required:Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Relations within hospitality or luxury hotel industry.

Job Responsibilities:Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional approachHandle guest check-ins and check-outs efficientlyEnsure excellent guest experience throughout their stayCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operationsManage guest queries, requests, and complaints professionallyMaintain front office etiquette and hospitality standardsAssist in VIP guest handling and customer relationship management
