You'll spend time coordinating people, operating machinery, communicating with different departments, monitoring quality, and ensuring harvest schedules are delivered successfully.Working closely with the Farm Director and wider management team, you'll be instrumental in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the high-quality product and service they expect.
