You'll spend time coordinating people, operating machinery, communicating with different departments, monitoring quality, and ensuring harvest schedules are delivered successfully.Working closely with the Farm Director and wider management team, you'll be instrumental in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring customers receive the high-quality product and service they expect. About YouWe're looking for a confident and capable manager who enjoys leading from the front.You may currently be a Harvest Manager, Farm Supervisor, Agricultural Operations Manager, Production Supervisor, or Team Leader looking for your next challenge.You'll ideally have:Experience in agriculture, horticulture or a related sectorStrong leadership and people management skillsA practical, hands-on approach to problem solvingExperience operating agricultural machineryExcellent communication and organisational abilitiesA proactive mindset and the confidence to make decisionsA commitment to quality, customer service, and continuous improvementExperience managing harvest operations or working within large-scale field-based production environments would be highly advantageous.For an informal chat about the position, please call me, Emily, on , email or drop me a message on LinkedIn.
