Head Bartender

Pronto La Sera is a vibrant Italian Speakeasy Cocktail Bar and Restaurant where warm hospitality, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and seasonal Italian cuisine come together to create a welcoming neighborhood destination. We are seeking a hospitality driven and passionate Head Bartender to lead and set an example for the team and help shape the continued growth of our restaurant.This role is ideal for a highly skilled bartender who is ready for their next step towards directing a beverage program: someone who thrives in service, immerses in craft and creativity and is equally excited about building systems, and helping uplift their peers. The Head Bartender is not a manager, but this position carries meaningful responsibility and influence.
