We
are currently looking for a passionate Staff
Restaurant Head Chef, to join our Kitchen
Team on a permanent basis, with
an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star
service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in

As a Staff Restaurant Head Chef, your main
duties and expectations for the role will include:

·        
Take ownership for the correct
preparation of MEP & service for the hotel staff restaurant to the highest
standard.

·        
To work with Executive chef on
menu planning, delivery, stock control & ordering.

·        
To comply & maintain food
standards daily, including the quality of produce served to the hotel teams.

·        
To produce food in a timely
fashion & proactively adjust when required.

·        
Relevant experience in delivering
up to 300+ covers daily, preferably from an open counter outlet or large buffet
kitchen background.

You will be required to
work 40hours per week, on a shift
rota.
