Head of Engineering

We are hiring a passionate technical lead to design, create, and be the lead for this product. This person will help take the product to the next stage, and successfully engage with potential clients to pitch the product. They are excited about the opportunity to get in on the ground-floor of a disruptive startup in the Healthcare industry.

Requirements:4-7 years of experience, including time as both an individual contributor and in a lead positionExperience building and managing technical team membersHistory of successfully leading product deliveryExperience with cross-system architecture (general architecture, security, user interface, database)Good communication skills with the ability to explain the technical aspects of the productA strong, independent work ethic and a commitment to strive for excellence and take pride in your workExperience working at a regulated industry like HealthcareAn embrace of a startup's agility and speed, including working well under pressure and handling ambiguity with grace Responsibilities:Partner with founder/CEO to build the platform.Help hire a team of technical talent to lead and mentor.Keep a consistent eye on the big picture, from strategy to execution, with a deep understanding of both technology and business.Help create a positive work environment.
