Role Responsibilities Build a scalable, repeatable, high quality, and quick to ship revenue engine . Aligned with Sales driving increased pipeline velocity and revenue impact. For marketing, lead the new company acquisitions integrations .
Own brand, communications, thought leadership, and market perception . Lead, develop, and grow the marketing team ensuring scalability through data-backed knowledge and capability. Budget will be limited and iterative through test and learn phases to unlock spend.
Personal Specification What good looks like at 6 months: ABX phase 1 is mapped, testing initiated, and pipeline impact visible. GTM strategies across priority solutions. Commercial discipline established across the team.
In 12 months : Marketing is a consistent and measurable revenue contributor. Sales and Marketing share a trusted view of the funnel. The acquisition playbook is proven.
Ideal profile: 10 to 15 years in B2B marketing, 2x in senior leadership across a group or multi-brand structure. Connects positioning strategy to measurable revenue outcomes. P&L-driven, start up into scale-up / growth-stage experience.
Executive presence so can influence senior level and executes with discipline. A builder, not just a leader. You are hands-on and strategic.
