We use the latest technologies to give traders seamlessaccess to our proprietary trading platforms. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end marketing forThinkTrader, driving retail trader acquisition and scalable growth through a hands-on, data-driven approach across performance,marketingtechnology, customer journeys, audience modelling, and creativegeneration. Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Growth Defineand executeaglobalacquisition strategy to scale retail trader growthacross paid social, paid search,and programmatic.
Own performance marketing with clearaccountability for CAC, LTV, funnel performance,and return on spend. Lead mobileapp growth, fromacquisition through to in-app engagementand retention. Customer Journeys, Funnel &Audience Strategy Own the full marketing funnel fromawareness to fundedandactive traders,optimisingconversion, retention,and lifetime value.
Developand refine customer journeysandaudience segmentation to improve targeting,personalisation,and campaign effectiveness. Marketing Technology& Data Leveragemarketing technologyandanalytics to drive decision-making, experimentation,and scalable growth. Demonstrate working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) including GoogleAds, DV360, Campaign Manager,and GoogleAnalytics.
UtiliseAItoolsandautomation to enhance performance, efficiency,and campaign execution. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence Build and leadahigh-performing, drivenmarketing team, prioritizing efficiency andleveragingAI tools and automation to maximize output and scalability. Actas the senior marketing stakeholder forThinkTraderplatform, collaborating with Product, Engineering,and Operations teams.
Manageandallocatemarketing budgetsacross mediaand operational matters Requirements 5-7+ years of experience marketing a trading platform or fintech product, or strong knowledge of financial market fundamentals. Hands-on experienceacross performance marketing, growth funnels,attribution,and lifecycle for platforms or mobileapps, withastrong understanding ofAI-enabled marketingandagentic workflows A technical foundation is preferred, with aBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline,combined with strong marketingexpertise.
