We are hiring a Senior Director - Operations to lead and scale large-scale offline business operations for a high-growth, venture-backed organization. Reporting directly into the leadership team, this role will play a critical part in driving operational scale, execution excellence, and business expansion over the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations LeadershipLead end-to-end offline operations across multiple locations/business unitsBuild scalable operational frameworks to support aggressive business growthDrive execution excellence across frontline operations and field teamsEstablish operational governance, SOPs, and performance management systemsEnsure strong operational efficiency, customer experience, and productivity metrics
Scale & ExpansionBuild processes and operating models capable of supporting rapid business scaleDrive operational readiness for new market/city expansionSolve complex business problems through structured, data-driven decision-makingPartner closely with leadership on long-term operational strategy and execution
Workforce & Team ManagementLead large distributed frontline and blue-collar workforce operationsBuild and mentor strong middle-management and city leadership teamsDrive workforce productivity, retention, utilization, and engagementCreate high-performance execution culture across operations
Cross-functional LeadershipWork closely with business, HR, finance, supply chain, and product teamsAlign operational execution with company-wide growth prioritiesBuild review mechanisms, dashboards, and operating cadences for leadership visibility
Ideal Candidate Profile
12-15 years of experience in operations leadership rolesStrong startup operating experience in high-growth environmentsProven experience managing large frontline and blue-collar workforce teamsStrong first-principles thinking and operational problem-solving capabilitiesExperience working closely with founders or senior leadership teamsDemonstrated ability to scale operations through periods of hypergrowthHigh ownership mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity and fast execution cycles
