Head of Public Relations

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global PR strategy, coordinating local agencies in Brazil, LATAM and Europe (Spain, Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom)
• Manage institutional and reputational crises, developing the crisis playbook and training leaders for rapid and appropriate responses
• Build and consolidate Skeelo’s "reputational cushion" through media relations, editorial content production and strategic event presence
• Coordinate communication of the company’s ESG agenda, translating social impact initiatives into relevant narratives for investors and global stakeholders
• Support positioning of the Board and country leaders in institutional communications, interviews and public appearances

Requirements

• Solid experience in Public Relations, corporate communications or Corporate Affairs, preferably in technology companies or with international operations
• Ability to develop global narratives adapted to distinct cultural and regulatory contexts
• Experience in managing reputation crises and relationships with top-tier media outlets
• Proficiency in English (Spanish will be an important differentiator given the LATAM and Europe scope)
• Ability to work in matrix structures and influence without direct authority
