Hiring with a leading Retail Brand into Accessories for Delhi Loc

Experience: 10-15 Years

CTC: 60-65 LPA

Domain: Retail Mandatory

• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance across multiple retail stores.
• Achieve business targets and monitor key retail KPIs (Sales, Conversion, ATV, ASP, Footfall, Inventory).
• Ensure operational excellence, SOP compliance, and superior customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Manage inventory, minimize shrinkage, and optimize stock availability.
• Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to drive business growth.
• Support new store launches, expansion, and strategic retail initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in multi-store retail operations.
• Must have experience in accessories, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail brands.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational excellence, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficient in retail MIS, sales analytics, and inventory management.
