Job Title: Head - Retail Operations Mumbai 40-45 LPA Premium / Luxury Home Décor BrandWe are looking for an experienced Head - Retail Operations to lead and manage multi-store operations for a premium/luxury home décor brand. The candidate should have strong expertise in retail operations, team management, customer experience, and business growth across multiple EBOs. Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end retail operations across stores• Drive sales, profitability, and store productivity• Ensure luxury customer experience and VM standards• Manage store teams, training, and performance• Oversee inventory, SOPs, and operational efficiency• Support new store launches and retail expansion Candidate Profile: 10-15+ years of retail operations experience Background from premium/luxury retail brands Experience managing multiple EBOs Preferred exposure to home décor, furniture, or lifestyle brands Strong leadership and commercial acumen
