About the School Our school offers A Level, T Level, Vocational Level 3, Level 2, Level 1 and Adult courses, and leads the Ministry of Defence's Cyber Bursary Scheme. It also operates as a MEGA Hub for CyberFirst's engagement with local high schools.
Role Overview We are looking for a highly successful curriculum manager or course leader from computing and digital technologies or other subject areas to become the next Head of School: Computing and Digital Technologies. Responsibilities Provide clear strategic and operational leadership to drive the department's development. Ensure an ambitious, responsive curriculum aligned with sector developments and local, regional and national skills priorities.
Secure consistently strong outcomes, positive destinations and aspirations for all learners. Qualifications Strong track record of high-quality learner‑centred and evidence‑informed teaching. Leadership credibility to support and challenge a team of dedicated subject specialists to deliver sustained improvement and change.
Applicants not required to be subject specialists in computing and digital technologies.
