Job Description
Job Summary: The Head - People & Transformation will lead and oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, training & development, payroll coordination, and strategic workforce planning. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong organizational culture while aligning HR strategies with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Drive organizational development and workforce planning initiatives Advise leadership on HR best practices and people strategies Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new employees Employee Relations Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices Performance Management Design and manage performance appraisal systems Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans Monitor employee productivity and development Compensation & Benefits Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration Conduct compensation benchmarking and salary reviews Ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook Manage audits and HR documentation Training & Development Identify training needs and implement learning programs Drive leadership development and succession planning Promote employee career growth initiatives Required Qualifications: MBA/PGDM in HR 8-15 years of HR experience with leadership exposure Required Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability Experience in HRMS/Payroll systems Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
