Heavy Equipment Technician

We are looking for a driven, motivated, people-oriented service technician that wants to learn and grow with our company.

The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of hydraulics, electrical and fabrication and be willing to learn on the job. They will also be excited about the opportunity to help support our customers by repairing and maintaining their refuse and environmental equipment fleets. Job Mission

Preferred Experience

• Technical experience in hydraulics, electrical and fabrication is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions to produce timely and detailed service reports.
• Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization to build positive relationships with clients and coworkers.
• Satisfy customer needs by making appropriate recommendations and briefings using appropriate procedures and protocols.
• Perform customer service by studying system requirements, including ordering and gathering essential components and parts, completing the installation, and performing quality assurance tests.
• Must be a self-starter and comfortable working independently on equipment with a focus on efficiency, productivity and high-quality work.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by using creativity and ingenuity to investigate complaints, identify resolutions, suggest enhanced operating techniques, and recommend system improvements.
• As a rapidly growing company, the job responsibilities, required skills and qualifications are the bare minimum of what our company is needing from our employees.
